Kareena Kapoor jet set for 'Saif' flight!

Saif Ali Khan has now done something truly extraordinary to please his ladylove Kareena Kapoor .

The dashing Khan has already got Bebo bowled over with his romantic gestures like tattooing her name on his forearm or presenting her with an expensive diamond ring.

Now, if reports are to be believed, Saif has chartered a private jet plane for Kareena so that she can fly to her favourite destination Goa whenever she wants. Kareena had recently complained that she would be so busy in work this year that she won’t get time to holiday. Now, whenever she has even a single spare day, she can happily board the jet and fly to the scenic beaches of Goa.

Though a bit extravagant, the gesture will also help Bebo to spend more quality time with her beau whenever she is shooting outside Mumbai.

In the past too Saif and Bebo have flown across thousands of miles to be with each other whenever they were separated by their work commitments.

Well, not even sky is the limit for Saif and Bebo’s love.

Is Kareena Kapoor too thin?


It's been six months since the new slim Kareena hit the screen in Jab We Met.

But dismayingly, for her latest cover shoot in Vogue, she 'easily slips into Size 0 dresses', says the accompanying article.

Size 0. With vital stats of 31%23-34 inches it is the equivalent of a Size 4, UK. It's the size of Nicole Richie, a size that's sparked off so much debate abroad.

Worse, according to De1hi's leading dieticians, an increasing number of young girls want to become as thin as her Doctor speak Says, dietician Dr Seema Malik of Eleganza Rejuvenation Clinic, "If you're 5 ft 5 you should weigh between 58-61 kg. You can't attain a Size 0 without a detoxifying diet and fat burners. In the long run they have side effects like bone disorders, heart problems and weakness."

According to yoga guru Bharat Thakur with whom Kareena has been working to lose weight, Kareena's diet doesn't involve starving to burn calories, but rather, eating healthily.

"She's also been practicing yoga for the past year for 90 mins everyday. She can easily reduce to whichever look she wishes to, be it Size 0 or Minus One, that too in a healthy way"

Media frenzy
Health problems or not, media's loving her new look. According to ad guru Prahlad Kakkar, "She can neyer attain Size 0 look. She was a hatti katti punjaban."

"Now she looks more attractive. She has broken her golu image and now looks like a woman. She doesn't need to put on weight or else she will again look motu."

Photographer Daboo Ratnani has been shooting Kareena for more than a decade. "She has never looked better," he says. "The weight loss suits her because her features come out really well, so one gets a stronger pictures with all expressions visible."

Kareena and Aamir Khan could tie-up with ICL

Bollywood superstars Kareena Kapoor and Aamir Khan are likely to be associated with teams in the unofficial Indian Cricket League, Cricinfo has learnt. However, unlike the Indian Premier League, the ICL has ruled out handed over ownership to the superstars.

"Ever since our inaugural tournament we have seen some interest from Bollywood personalities and we are at an advanced stage of discussions with a few of them," Ashish Kaul, the executive vice-president of Essel Group, told Cricinfo.

"This may involve owning a part of the stake, it may have to do with long-term associations, or long-term sponsorships, tie-ups."

However, Kaul confirmed that the ICL were not changing their model and would not hand over entire ownership to individuals. "Our cricket is not for sale," he said, "and we are not going to function with auctions."

Khan and Kapoor, it is learnt, are leading contenders to have long-term associations with teams. Both may be marketed as the face of the team and used as ambassadors in sponsorships.

Kapoor had performed at the opening ceremony of the inaugural edition of the ICL in Panchkula. The latest instalment of the ICL kicked off on March 9, with two new teams - increasing the total to eight - and is to be held at three venues, Panchkula, Hyderabad and Gurgaon, instead of one.
